I was at the
Reboot (un)conference in Copenhagen last week, an inspiring and exciting event. Met a number of talented and interesting people and we exchanged business cards. Most everyone but me had
Moo cards, so I determined to up my cool quotient as soon as I got home. What are Moo cards? Tiny, colorful strips of cardboard (they come in notecard size too but the cool ones are the stick-of-chewing-gum size. t's an online service - you choose from your Flickr collection, upload images or whatever other online photo service you have and they support. Crop the images to suit the desired format and enter payment details. Shortly after, your cards are delivered.
See what others have done with their Moo cards.

Hi Ann, I must admit that you weren't the only one without Moo cards. I didn't even know they exists, but since I don't even have business cards, this might be a great alternative.
whoah, that sounds pretty cool. Will be checking them out soon as I need business cards too.
Good to meet you at Reboot btw. I'm sure you had as good a time as me...is your head still spinning with ideas?

Great to hear that cool T.J. and cool Paul weren't already packing Moo cards of their own. We can therefore create our own little second wave of cool. Mine are shipping today according to the email I received from "Little Moo".
Little Moo, it appears, is the software that lets your order cards. Big Moo is the printer. Big Moo does not talk to people like you and me. Big Moo prints cards. Little Moo is very chatty. As, it appears, am I.
Enjoyed meeting you guys too and yes, head is still spinning with ideas. Next year we will all exchange Moo cards I predict. :-)
I got mine on Friday. They are great...took me ages to settle on the photos to use, but really pleased with the results.
Good on Little Moo and Big moo, not to forget Postman Moo!!
PC.
Great Paul! I learned that images with a higher contrast are better suited for cards. I chose a few that didn't turn out well, but most are really fun. :-)
